All communications regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be directed to Antriksh Travel.

Booking

Upon confirmation of your booking, your contract is with Antriksh Travel. The contract is established when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive your deposit.

Payment

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 15 days before the start of services. For bookings made within 15 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Special Note: For bookings involving special train journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment

Domestic clients can pay using:

  • Online Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club)
  • Online Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
  • Offline Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club)
  • Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft
  • Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

Note: A 3% bank charge applies to credit/debit card payments. All payments should be free of withholding tax and deductions. Any bank charges for remittance are the payer’s responsibility.

Payment Procedure

All payments should be made in the name of Antriksh Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour/travel services, notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notice:

  • 60 days & prior: 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 59 to 30 days prior: 20% of the tour/service cost
  • 29 to 15 days prior: 25% of the tour/service cost
  • 14 to 8 days prior: 50% of the tour/service cost
  • 7 days & less, or no-show: No refund

Note: A minimum 10% service charge applies for cancellations after booking. For special train journeys, separate cancellation policies apply. No refunds are available for cancellations during high peak seasons, festival periods, or long weekends.

Refunds

Refunds for unused/unutilized services will be processed based on our cancellation policy. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges for refunds to credit card or bank accounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Arrival and Departure Policy

  • Check-In: 12:00 – 15:00 Hours
    • Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, book from the previous night.
  • Check-Out: 10:00 – 12:00 Hours
    • Late check-out is subject to availability and payment.

Extra Usage of Vehicle

Extra usage of vehicles (cars/coaches) beyond the agreed itinerary/services is not included and will incur additional charges.

Liabilities & Limitations

Antriksh Travel acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other contractors. We are not responsible for any changes in rates or services provided by these contractors. Our itineraries are subject to change due to factors like weather, road conditions, and participant capabilities. Antriksh Travel is not liable for delays, changes, or additional costs due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, political closures, or any other causes beyond our control.

Antriksh Travel does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or other losses. Clients are advised to obtain insurance in their home country. All personal property is at the client’s risk.

Antriksh Travel reserves the right to cancel services if deemed impracticable, with a refund of the service value. We also reserve the right to refuse services to undesirable persons without reason.

Disputes

All disputes arising from this agreement will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by Antriksh Travel Pvt. Ltd. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi (India) courts only. The laws of India will govern this agreement’s validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement.
