Refund Policy

General

Antriksh Travel’s cancellation policy applies to all vacations booked from September 1, 2019. Eligible customers will receive their refunds within 90 working days of cancellation or once the supplier processes the refund, whichever is later. For on-trip cancellations, refunds will be processed within 90 working days of return or when the supplier processes the refund, whichever is later. Refund amounts are subject to change based on international exchange rates, supplier refunds, and customer payments. Any changes will be communicated by your account manager.

Flights

  • Non-Refundable Flights: Not eligible for a refund.
  • Refundable Flights: Refunds will follow the details outlined in the “Cancellation Policy” section of your product and the final itinerary. Refunds may include components subject to international exchange rates.
  • Responsibility: Antriksh Travel is not responsible for grounded, canceled, or delayed flights. Cancellation requests for these flights should be directed to the respective airlines.
  • Passport Validity: Customers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid. Antriksh Travel will not refund customers with invalid passports.
  • Airport Arrival: Customers must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before boarding time. Antriksh Travel is not responsible for customers missing flights due to delayed arrivals.
  • Regional Unforeseen Circumstances: Flight cancellations due to unforeseen regional circumstances will not be covered by Antriksh Travel for cases with airport transfers planned by us.
  • Baggage Limitations: Detailed in the final travel vouchers. Extra costs for breached limits are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Web Check-In Policy: Some flight carriers have a mandatory web check-in policy. Non-compliance may result in additional costs paid at the airport.
  • Meal Preferences: Can be set upon request, but quality and availability are determined by the airline.

Hotels

  • Non-Refundable Hotels: Not eligible for refunds.
  • Refundable Hotels: Refunds will follow the “Cancellation Policy” section of your product and the final itinerary. Refunds may include components subject to international exchange rates.
  • Responsibility: Hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, and accommodation quality are beyond Antriksh Travel’s control.
  • Additional Costs: Room upgrades and additional amenities will incur additional costs.
  • On-Trip Hotel Changes: Changing hotels during the trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out depends on the hotel’s discretion.

Activities

  • Non-Refundable Activities: Not eligible for refunds.
  • Refundable Activities: Refunds will follow the “Cancellation Policy” section of your product and the final itinerary. Refunds may include components subject to international exchange rates.

Transfers

  • Refundable Transfers: Refunds will follow the “Cancellation Policy” section of your product and the final itinerary. Refunds may include components subject to international exchange rates.
