The Bhopal-Maheshwar-Ujjain tour offers a captivating blend of history, spirituality, and cultural richness in Madhya Pradesh. Starting in Bhopal, the state capital, visitors can explore landmarks such as the majestic Taj-ul-Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques, the historic Shaukat Mahal, and the picturesque Upper and Lower Lakes. Bhopal’s rich heritage and vibrant bazaars provide a fascinating introduction to the region.
Next, the journey continues to Maheshwar, a town steeped in history and spirituality on the banks of the Narmada River. Known for its handloom saris and the stunning Ahilya Fort, Maheshwar offers a tranquil and culturally enriching experience. Visitors can enjoy boat rides on the river, explore the intricately carved temples, and witness the serene ghats where evening aarti ceremonies take place.
The final stop is Ujjain, one of the seven sacred cities in Hinduism. Ujjain is home to the renowned Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. Pilgrims and tourists flock here for the spiritual ambiance and to participate in the Bhasma Aarti ritual. Other notable sites include the Kal Bhairav Temple, Harsiddhi Temple, and the Ram Mandir Ghat on the banks of the holy Kshipra River.

Our representative will greet you at Bhopal Railway Station/Airport and assist you in transferring to your pre-booked hotel in Indore.
On the second day, after breakfast, drive towards Omkareshwar, approximately 90 km from Indore, to visit the Omkareshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. After exploring Omkareshwar, drive 70 km to Maheshwar to visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple. Other attractions in Maheshwar include the Raja Rajeshwari Temple and Ahilya Fort near the Narmada River. Later, return to Indore for an overnight stay at the hotel.
After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, visit the Annapurna Temple and Khajarana Ganesh Temple in Indore. Then, drive approximately 60 km to Ujjain, located on the banks of the sacred Shipra River. Sightseeing in Ujjain includes the Sandipani Ashram (where Lord Krishna, Balarama, and Sudama were educated by Maharshi Sandipani), Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Mangalnath Mandir, Bhartrihari Caves, Harsiddhi Temple, and the Mahakaleshwar Shaktipeeth.
On the last day of your journey, after breakfast, our representative will assist you in proceeding to Bhopal Railway Station/Airport for your onward journey
