Tour Plan
Pick up from Kathgodam and drive to Nainital Hill Station. Check in to the pre-booked hotel. In the afternoon, visit local sights of Nainital including Naina Devi Temple, Cave Garden, Kilbury Hills, Zoo, Tiffin Top, Lovers Point, and St John Church. In the evening, enjoy boating, shopping at the Tibetan Market, and a ride on the Ropeway. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, embark on a charming lakes tour near Nainital, visiting Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal. You can enjoy boating and kayaking at Sattal Lake. Return to Nainital in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Nainital.
Drive to Kausani Hill Station. En route, visit Ranikhet attractions including Chaubatiya Garden, Chiliyanaula Temple, KRC Museum, Golf Ground, and Kalika Temple. Arrive in Kausani and visit the sunset point to witness the beauty of the setting sun behind the hills. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kausani.
After breakfast, explore the local sights of Kausani. Visit Pant Museum, the childhood home of the famous Hindi poet Sumitranandan Pant. Explore Lakshmi Ashram, a center for social service started by Sarala Behen. Visit the beautiful tea gardens and tea factory where tourists can also purchase tea. Lastly, visit the Baijnath Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located 19 kms from Kausani and built by the Katyuri kings in the 12th century.
